Tatsoi is a wonderful addition to salads, pasta, smoothies, hummus, pestos and so much more. Packed with all the goodness of kale and swiss chard it offers a more delicate texture and milder taste. Tatsoi is best eaten raw or added at the last moment to a cooked dish.
